Mitigating risks on large-scale sites

Surpassing 4 million safe man-hours is the direct result of Apave’s proactive HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols. On the Lumière SpringBay site, our safety officers implement daily risk assessments and strict site inspections to prevent workplace hazards. This dedication earned Apave the "Zero Accident" certificate, a prestigious distinction that validates our expertise in securing large-scale workforce operations and maintaining a safe environment in high-pressure construction settings.

Securing project delivery for 2026

With the towers scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026, Apave remains focused on the critical final phases. Our teams are currently supervising the installation of complex building systems, including fire safety, electrical networks, and vertical transportation. Technical oversight at this stage is vital to ensure the building is fully compliant before commissioning. Maintaining the "Zero Accident" record until the final handover is our top priority. This success reinforces Apave’s reputation as a global leader in technical support and a trusted partner for sustainable urban development projects.
